I forgot my password.

1. Click on the link Forgot Password on our login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Click Next
4. If the PC Application accepts your email address, you will be prompted to answer your security question that you set up upon initial login.
5. Click Send Password
6. If the PC Application accepts your security answer, a dummy password will be sent to the email address you provided.
7. Login using your username and dummy password, you will then be prompted to select your new password
